Ole Miss Murder Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

Murder suspect Brandon Theesfeld pleaded not guilty in the murder of fellow Ole Miss student Ally Kostial in Lafayette County court on Monday. Kostial was found dead on July 20 in the Harmontown community of Lafayette County. Kostial, 21, of St. Louis, Missouri, was working toward completing a bachelor’s degree in marketing at Ole Miss. Theesfeld also attended Ole Miss and was suspended from the university following his arrest. He is being charged with capital murder in Kostial’s death.
