Grenada criminal appeal declined

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal from a man convicted of robbing and murdering a Grenada cab driver in 1992. William Joseph Holly was 17 at the time and was originally sentenced to death by lethal injection. But a Supreme Court ruling meant that he was too young when he committed the crime to be executed and he was re-sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Holly was seeking to be re-sentenced with a chance for parole.
